Is there anything Taylor Swift can’t do? Hint: no need to answer that, because she pretty much slays at everything she tries. Whether or not she’s getting some tips from her world-renowned girl squad filled with gorgeous models, Swift looks like a true pro on the cover of Vanity Fair.

The singer and style icon appears on the latest September issue of the iconic magazine, and shows that you don’t have to show skin to make headlines. For the black-and-white cover, Swift wore a tuxedo-style ensemble, complete with a white long-sleeved shirt and black blazer draped over her shoulders. She completed the look with black pants and a matching scarf tied around her neck. I’m usually pretty picky about menswear inspired looks, and I love the fact that this one has a flirty scarf on the neckline for an added feminine touch.

For the rest of the shoot, Tay rocks a sultry, Old Hollywood glam look, with retro, slicked-back curls, dark eyeliner, and “that red lip, classic, thing that [we] like.” A behind-the-scenes video (watch it here!) from the shoot shows Taylor in a variety of outfits, including a gorgeous, sparkling gown as well as a plunging black dress with a sexy leg slit, to name a couple. We all know Taylor’s main gig is music, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she happened to delve more into modeling, as she certainly has the look for it!
